Working Together

  • The Granditude Commerce platform

One ecommerce platform for everything you sell and everything you buy

Granditude Commerce runs a merchant's whole trading operation: the catalogue, prices, shop, orders, warehouse and purchasing. Each part is a working application in its own right. What makes them one platform is Connect: every application publishes what it knows once, and every other application that needs it hears it. No nightly export files, and no numbers that drift apart between systems.

Aurora reads everything that crosses the stream and writes decisions back through the application that owns them.

Seven applications share one set of facts. The eighth acts on them.

Each application is the single owner of its part of the business. Together they hold a complete, live picture of how a merchant makes money.

Two doors: everyone who buys from you, and everyone who sells to you

Every order coming in arrives at one desk, whatever route it took. Every order going out leaves through one. You work two doors instead of a different system per counterparty.

    They buy from you

    • Shoppers in your own shop
    • Business customers ordering online or through a rep
    • Other businesses on the platform, sending purchase orders

    Storefront and Order Management

    You

    running Granditude Commerce

    You buy from them

    • Suppliers with their own prices, lead times and minimum quantities
    • Wholesalers and brands on the platform
    • Every purchase order, to whoever supplies you

    Purchase Management and WMS

Your customer's purchase order is your sales order

When a wholesaler and one of its retail customers both run Granditude Commerce, the retailer's confirmed purchase order does not become a PDF or an email. It arrives in the wholesaler's Order Management as a live sales order, with the buying company identified and the agreed prices applied.

No EDI project, no portal and no re-keying. And every business that joins the platform is a trading partner the others can already reach.

Where we use AI, and where we keep it out

AI does work a rule could not: Aurora finds and ranks what is costing you money, the storefront searches by meaning, and PIM drafts product descriptions where none exist.

The numbers are different. Margin, stock cover, cost and impact are calculated by ordinary code that can be audited line by line, and orders, stock and approvals run on rules. The AI explains the numbers; it never invents them.

The systems you already run keep running

Accounting, payments, point of sale and shipping connect to Connect the same way our own applications do. See Connect and all integrations.

    Questions about Granditude Commerce

    What is Granditude Commerce?

Granditude Commerce is an ecommerce platform that runs a merchant's whole trading operation: product information (PIM), the storefront, order management, pricing, purchasing and the warehouse (WMS), with Aurora finding what is costing the business money. All applications share one live data stream called Connect.

Do I have to use every application?

No. Each application works in its own right. Many merchants start with one or two and connect them to the systems they already run, such as Fortnox, Zettle or nShift.

Is Granditude Commerce for B2B or B2C?

Both. The same catalogue and storefront serve consumers and business buyers. Business customers get their own prices, payment terms and order routes, including orders sent directly between businesses on the platform.

Which systems does it integrate with?

Among others Fortnox, Sharp, Zettle, nShift, PostNord, Qliro, Svea, Kustom, Nexi and Brevo. Integrations are built once on Connect and are available to every merchant.

How is this different from connecting separate tools?

Separate tools are usually connected pair by pair, and every link can drift or fail. In Granditude Commerce every application publishes what it owns once to Connect, and every other application receives the same version, so the numbers agree everywhere.

    Where is Granditude based?

Granditude is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
